1. Fill Out the Mail-In Form – Complete our Mail-In Repair Request Form with your contact details, device info, and the issue you’re experiencing. This helps us process your repair quickly.
    

2. Package Your Device – Power off your phone before mailing. Please remove all SD cards, SIM cards, and cases before wrapping your device securely with bubble wrap or padding. Place it in a sturdy box or padded envelope.
    

3.   Ship It to Us – Send your package to 2887 S 168th St., Omaha, NE, 68130. We’ll keep you updated throughout the repair process so you always know what’s happening, then ship your phone back good as new free of charge.
