REPAIR WARRANTY POLICY

1. Overview
At Living Charged LLC (“Living Charged,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we take pride in the quality of our repair services and replacement parts.
This Repair Warranty Policy outlines what is covered, what is excluded, and how customers (“you,” “your,” or “Client”) can request warranty service for eligible repairs.
By receiving a repair service or purchasing a refurbished device from Living Charged, you agree to the terms of this Warranty Policy.
2. Warranty Coverage
Living Charged provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all replacement parts used in eligible repairs.
This warranty covers manufacturer defects and malfunctions in parts installed by Living Charged.
If a replacement part fails due to a manufacturer defect, Living Charged will replace the defective part at no cost to the customer.
3. What the Warranty Covers
The warranty applies exclusively to:

Parts installed by Living Charged LLC

Manufacturer or workmanship defects that cause malfunction under normal use

Screen assemblies (including Apple X07 lifetime screens) that fail due to internal defects such as unresponsiveness, ghost-touch, or glitching
Living Charged reserves the right to test and verify all warranty claims prior to approving a replacement.
4. What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The Living Charged Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover:

Physical or accidental damage

Drops, cracks, scratches, dents, or liquid exposure

Tampering or third-party interference

Devices repaired, opened, or altered after service by any other provider

Environmental or user-related factors

Heat exposure, corrosion, improper storage, or software conflicts

Frameless or “loose” screen assemblies
-
Screens installed without an attached frame are covered under warranty only for manufacturer defects

Because these screens are structurally fragile and often break upon removal, Living Charged may honor warranty replacement at a discounted rate to account for material handling risk

Discount amounts are determined internally and not disclosed publicly

Labor-only or diagnostic services

Warranty applies to parts, not service time

Battery lifespan reduction due to normal wear and tear

Refurbished device sales, unless a separate written warranty is provided
5. Warranty Duration

Warranty coverage for eligible parts is lifetime for as long as you own the device.

Labor associated with warranty service is covered for 90 days from the original repair date.

If the same issue recurs within that 90-day window, both labor and parts are included.

After 90 days, only part replacement is free; labor fees may apply.
6. Warranty Claim Procedure
To request warranty service:

Contact Living Charged LLC at livingcharged@gmail.com with the following:

Your full name and phone number

Date of original repair

Description of the issue and supporting photos/videos

Our technician will review the claim and, if necessary, schedule an inspection or testing appointment.

If the issue qualifies for warranty replacement, Living Charged will replace the defective part at no cost.
If the issue is determined to be non-warranty-related (e.g., physical damage), a discounted service rate may be offered.
7. Deposit & Diagnostic Fees for Warranty Claims

A $25 diagnostic fee may apply if the issue is determined to be outside warranty coverage (e.g., user damage or liquid exposure).

No diagnostic fee will apply for confirmed warranty replacements.
8. Transferability
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer who purchased the repair service.
9. Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Living Charged LLC’s liability is limited to the replacement of defective parts originally installed by us.

We are not responsible for data loss, device failure unrelated to the replaced component, or consequential damages resulting from repair or part failure.

The maximum liability under this Warranty Policy is the amount originally paid for the specific service.
10. Governing Law
This Warranty Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
All warranty-related disputes shall be handled individually and not as part of a class action.
