SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY AGREEMENT
Living Charged LLC
Effective Date: October 2025
1. Overview
This Shipping & Delivery Policy (“Policy”) outlines how Living Charged LLC (“Living Charged,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) handles shipping, delivery, and logistics for all repair services, refurbished device sales, and accessory orders.
By sending a device for service or placing an order with Living Charged, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the terms stated in this Policy, in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Repair Service Agreement.
2. Outbound Shipments (Customer → Living Charged)

Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for packaging and shipping their devices to Living Charged. Pre-paid labels may be provided at our discretion, but they are not required or guaranteed.

Liability: Living Charged assumes no responsibility or liability for devices damaged, delayed, or lost in transit by third-party carriers.

Packaging Standards: Customers should package devices securely using appropriate padding, boxes, and tracking.

Insurance: Customers are encouraged to insure their shipment for the device’s replacement value before mailing.

Condition Upon Arrival: If a package arrives visibly damaged, Living Charged will photograph and/or video-record the condition of the box and device upon receipt for documentation.
3. Return Shipments (Living Charged → Customer)

Carrier: Living Charged primarily uses USPS Ground for repaired device returns.

Tracking & Signature: All return shipments include a tracking number and may require a signature upon delivery for security.

Insurance: Basic insurance is included; additional coverage is available for an added cost.

Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping is covered by Living Charged unless otherwise stated in writing.

Expedited Service: Customers may request expedited shipping at their own expense.
4. Processing & Delivery Timeline

Repair Turnaround: Once a device is received, Living Charged generally completes repairs and return shipment within 7 calendar days, provided that necessary parts are in stock.

Extended Repairs: If additional parts must be ordered, Living Charged will notify the customer of revised completion estimates.

Delivery Estimates: Average carrier delivery time is 7–10 business days within the United States.

Expedited Options: Expedited repair or shipping options may be available for additional fees.
5. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Shipments

Outbound Loss (Customer → Living Charged): If the package is lost or damaged en route to Living Charged, the customer must file a claim directly with the carrier.

Return Loss (Living Charged → Customer): If a return package is lost or damaged after leaving our facility, Living Charged will assist in filing a claim, but the carrier remains solely responsible for reimbursement.

Replacement or Re-repair: Living Charged is not obligated to provide a free replacement or re-repair for carrier-related losses but may offer discounted options at its discretion.
6. Accessories & Refurbished Devices
This Policy also applies to shipments of accessories and refurbished devices sold by Living Charged.

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation.

Tracking numbers are provided for all orders.

Customers must inspect shipments upon arrival and report any discrepancies within 7 days of delivery.
7. International Shipping (Future Coverage)
While Living Charged currently serves U.S. customers only, this Policy includes provisions for future international orders and mail-in repairs.

International customers will be responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

Delivery times vary by destination and are outside Living Charged’s control.

International shipments are not eligible for free return shipping unless otherwise stated in writing.
8. Delivery Confirmation

All packages include tracking numbers for customer visibility.

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Living Charged is not responsible for theft, porch loss, or misdelivery.
Customers are encouraged to select signature confirmation for high-value items.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes related to shipping or delivery shall be resolved under the laws of the State of Nebraska.
Customers agree to attempt private resolution before pursuing arbitration or court action.
