RETURNS AND REFUND POLICIES
Living Charged LLC
Effective Date: October 2025
1. Purpose
This Returns and Refunds Policy governs all transactions, repairs, product sales, and related services performed by Living Charged LLC (“Living Charged,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By scheduling service, purchasing a product, or submitting payment, the customer (“Client”) acknowledges and agrees to the following terms.
2. Refund and Redo Window
2.1. Clients may request a repair redo or refund within the following timeframes:
a. In-person or mobile repairs: Seven (7) calendar days from the date of service.
b. Mail-in repairs and shipped items: Fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery.
2.2. Requests made after the applicable window shall be deemed ineligible for refund or redo consideration.
3. Repair Redo and Refund Eligibility
3.1. Living Charged prioritizes resolution through a repair redo as the preferred remedy.
3.2. Refunds are available only in the event of a verified Living Charged technician error or defective replacement part.
3.3. If a refund is approved, the replaced part must be returned prior to issuance of payment.
3.4. Store credit is not currently offered.
3.5. Refunds are processed through the original payment method within five (5) to ten (10) business days after approval.
4. Non-Refundable Deposits and Fees
4.1. A $20 deposit is required for all repairs exceeding $100 in value.
4.2. A $25 mobile or in-home service fee applies when a client cancels after inspection or when the repair cannot be completed due to factors outside Living Charged’s control, including but not limited to incorrect model information, client no-show, or refusal of service.
4.3. Both amounts are non-refundable unless Living Charged cancels the appointment.
4.4. At Living Charged’s discretion, deposits may be applied to rescheduled appointments occurring within the same calendar week.
5. Warranty Limitations
5.1. All replacement parts installed by Living Charged include a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering manufacturer defects only.
5.2. The warranty does not cover:
a. Physical or accidental damage (drops, cracks, or liquid exposure);
b. Third-party tampering or modification after service;
c. Frameless (“loose”) screen assemblies that break during removal — such cases may qualify for a discounted warranty repair only, at Living Charged’s discretion;
d. Normal wear and tear on batteries; or
e. Cosmetic blemishes or surface imperfections.
6. Refurbished Device Sales
6.1. All refurbished device sales are considered final unless the device is defective upon delivery.
6.2. Defects must be reported to Living Charged within seven (7) calendar days of receipt.
6.3. If verified, Living Charged will, at its option, repair or replace the defective device at no charge.
7. Accessories and E-Commerce Returns
7.1. Unopened and unused accessories (including but not limited to cases, chargers, and screen protectors) may be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery.
7.2. Returned items must be in original packaging and in unused condition.
7.3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless Living Charged made a fulfillment or shipping error.
7.4. Living Charged reserves the right to refuse a return that shows signs of use, damage, or tampering.
8. Mail-In Repairs and Return Shipping
8.1. For approved redo or refund cases involving mail-in repairs, Living Charged will cover return shipping costs.
8.2. If the client cancels or declines the redo, the client shall bear all shipping expenses.
8.3. Devices left unclaimed for more than thirty (30) calendar days after completion shall be considered abandoned property, and Living Charged may recycle, resell, or dispose of the item without further notice.
9. Refund Processing
9.1. Refunds are issued via the original payment method only.
9.2. Refunds are not issued in cash unless cash was the original payment form.
9.3. Living Charged reserves the right to deduct applicable fees or restocking costs prior to issuing a refund.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1. This Policy and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska.
10.2. Both parties agree to seek private resolution before initiating arbitration or litigation.
10.3. Any dispute unresolved by mutual agreement shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
10.4. Both parties hereby waive any right to participate in a class action or collective proceeding.
